What is Brand Voice?

Having a strong brand is all about standing out – about being recognisable, distinctive and consistent in the market. We do this visually, through devices like our colour palette, logo and font style, but also through the words we choose. Our Brand Voice is a guide that helps us speak in a way that’s genuine, engaging and uniquely MLC Life Insurance. We have voice traits that define who we are and how we communicate – and a set of writing principles to make choosing the right words a little easier. You should use this guide every time you write on behalf of MLC Life Insurance.
